A 37-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges after a crash in Barrie on Thursday night.
The crash happened just after 11:00 p.m. when a vehicle went into a ditch on Huronia Road, south of Mapleview Drive.
Barrie Police say an officer who responded to the call found the driver impaired by alcohol.
The man was arrested and transported to the station where Barrie Police say he provided two breath sample that were both three times over the legal limit.
He was charged with impaired care and control and Over 80 mgs.
