Police and the Fire Marshal’s Office are investigating a suspicious at beachfront building in Wasaga Beach.
The fire broke out around 11 p.m. Tuesday night and responding crews had the fire out in a matter of minutes.
The blaze happened in the basement of a building at 45 Beach Drive which is leased to Bananas Beach Club.
Chief Mike McWilliam said minimal damage occurred, but the fire is suspicious.
Businesses within Beach Area One and Two remain open.
