An 87-year-old Springwater Township man has died after a farming accident near Elmvale on Friday, September 19, 2014.
Police say the accident happened around 11:45 a.m. on a farm on Flos Road 10 in Springwater Township.
OPP tell CTV News it appears a tractor rolled over on the man.
“A very unfortunate set of circumstances at any time when someone loses their life working on their property,” says OPP Sgt. Peter Leon.
The OPP say they was no foul play and the Ministry of Labour will not be attending because it happened on private property and was not a work-place accident.
