HALIBURTON, Ont. -- Ontario provincial police say they have found the remains of a Bowmanville man who went missing in October.
David Palmer, 47, vanished Oct. 2 and his car was found near Haliburton 12 days later.
Police searched an area north of the village earlier this month.
They found human remains Friday which have since been identified as Palmer.
Police say they believe foul play was involved in Palmer's disappearance but have yet to determine how he died.
