A head-on crash near Huntsville has killed a 66-year-old man and sent two other people to hospital.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon on Highway 60 near Grassmere Lake Road just east of Huntsville when a Ford Escape and a Subaru collided head-on.
The two people inside the Escape were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Subaru, a man from Huntsville, was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
The driver of the Escape is recovering in hospital and the passenger has since been released.
Police are still investigating the crash, charges are pending.
