A New Tecumseth teen accused of making high risk calls to OPP is facing multiple charges.
Provincial police say since February, there have been multiple high risk calls, which required high levels of response from Nottawasaga emergency services.
An investigation was launched and on Wednesday, officers executed a search warrant at a home in New Tecumseth. OPP seized several electronics and arrested a 16-year-old boy.
The teen has been charged with public mischief, common nuisance, and false messages.
Details of the calls were not released – the accused appeared before a Barrie bail court on Wednesday.
