Lawyers still can't agree on some facts in the case of an Orillia man, who's pleaded guilty to crimes against children.

Shayne Lund appeared briefly in a Newmarket courtroom on Monday afternoon, as the Crown submitted most of the agreed statement of facts.

However, there are some details the defence have taken issue with. A hearing date will be set next week for lawyers to deal with those disputed facts.

The next step is a psychiatric assessment, which will help the judge decide if Lund should be deemed a dangerous offender.
