Two people remain in hospital after a fire destroyed a home in Springwater Township on Thursday morning.
Flames engulfed a home on Flos Road Six, east of Crosslands Road on Thursday, at around 6 a.m.
According to family, an elderly man is at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, and his wife is at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto with burns covering to 35 per cent of her body.
There were a number of explosions because oxygen was on site for one of the people living there.
Fire officials say the home was destroyed and the cause is unknown.
The couple has no insurance and family members are fundraising and accepting donations.
