A 16-year-old girl is facing an assault charge after a fight at a Midland school this week.
Midland Police say they received information of a fight on Monday Oct. 20, 2014 that a fight took place a local school.
Officers attended the school, investigated and charged the teen with assault.
She has been released with a promise to appear in court in December.
The girls name cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
