A Bradford youth has been arrested in connection to an assault that left a man with several broken bones.

According to South Simcoe Police, a man went to a Moore Street home in Bradford on Friday night when he was ambushed by two suspects.

The man was able to get away, but not before he suffered several broken bones.

A 19-year-old Bradford man was arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm. A 17-year-old boy was also arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon.

Both will appear in court in October.
