The body of a missing snowmobiler has been located on Lake Joseph.
The OPP marine unit resumed their search for Christopher Steele’s body on Wednesday, locating it near Silver Birches Island.
The discovery comes nearly a month after search and rescue crews had to suspended efforts to find Steele.
Steele had been working on one of the islands on March 16 when he disappeared while snowmobiling on the ice. The OPP launched an air and ground search, but they found nothing.
The investigation is ongoing.
