Barrie police are looking for two suspects in connection to a credit card fraud investigation.

On Friday morning, two men went into a Walmart in Barrie and attempted to buy jewelry.

According to police, a man purchased a chain with a credit card. As soon as the transaction went through, the man added six Visa gift cards and a shirt to the purchase.

The transaction went through, but after reviewing the signature, an employee questioned its validity and asked for more identification.

The suspect claimed he left his wallet in the car and then fled the store with a second man.

The first suspect is described as a 5'9" black male between 18 and 20-years-old, about 150 pounds, with a thin build and short black hair in pig tails. He was seen wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt with an unknown logo on the chest, black jeans and black running shoes.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 20-years-old, about 150 pounds, with a thin build and short black hair. He was seen wearing a black New York Yankees baseball cap, a black t-shirt, black jeans and black running shoes with grey lining the outside sole.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
