Barrie Police have arrested a 26-year-old man after two separate sexual assaults with a knife involving sex trade workers.

Police say the incidents happened on the 13th and 15th of January.

On January 26th, the man was arrested and charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of weapons dangerous, one count of sexual assault with a weapon, and one count of forcible confinement.

Police say with the public’s assistance they were able to find and arrest the man.

Investigators are asking for any other possible victims to come forward.
