Police had to pull out their tactical book to deal with an angry beaver in Barrie’s south end.
Officers were called to the intersection of Commerce Park Drive and Bryne Drive on Friday night, after the semi-aquatic rodent refused to get out of the road.
Barrie police tried persuading the beaver to get off the roadway, but ultimately officer had to box up the mammal after receiving advice from animal control.
The beaver was then safely and successfully relocated.
