A 47-year-old man has been found guilty of second degree murder in the death of a Whitchurch-Stouffville woman in March of 2010.

The body of 46-year-old Marion Deacon was found after a fire at her home.

A post mortem determined the mother three had been killed by several blunt forces to the head.

Police arrested her boyfriend, Paul Kenyon, a few days later.

The verdict means Kenyon receive between 10 and 25 years when he is sentenced later this year.
