The Pan Am games are just over a week away and there are just a few tickets remaining for events in our region.
Hardwood Ski and Bike and the other venues in our region are closed to the public in preparation for the games so the only way you’ll get in is during the event and if you want to see mountain biking you’re in luck.
“The capacity is supposedly 5,000 tickets, the last I heard there were 3,000 sold so there’s still tickets available,” says Hardwood’s Jack Sasseville.
But that’s not the case for other venues, according to Pan Am officials there aren’t any tickets available for the equestrian events in Caledon and Mono. The same goes for canoe-kayak slalom in Minden and shooting in Innisfil but at the same time the officials say more tickets may become available later on.
