A woman has died in a crash involving an SUV and a transport truck near Schomberg Thursday afternoon.
It happened just after 3:00 p.m. on Highway 9, east of Tottenham Road.
Police say the woman driving the SUV died when her vehicle drifted into the path of the transport truck.
The truck ended up in the ditch but the driver of the truck was not injured.
OPP say a section of Highway 9 was closed for several hours while they investigated.
This is the third fatal crash on roads in the Tottenham area in the past three weeks.
