A 39-year-old Tay Township man has been charged in the death of a 26-year-old Penetanguishene man.
The crash happened near Victoria Harbour on November 19th on Highway 12.
Police say it happened at around 3:00 p.m. between Gervais Road and Rosemount Road and involved a car and a pick-up truck.
Firefighters had to cut the man and woman out of the smashed car.
The man died from his injuries in hospital.
The woman suffered serious injuries and was taken to Georgian Bay General Hospital.
The driver of the pick-up truck was less seriously hurt.
He has been charged iwth careless driving.
