A 34-year-old Essa Township man is facing a number of charges in connection with indecent acts a park in Angus.
Police were called to the Angus Splash Pad Park on Huron and King Streets just before 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday night after reports of a man who was observed by a number of witnesses doing an indecent act.
Witnesses say the man was located behind a treeline but when police arrived they could not find him.
Police continued their investigation which led to the arrest of the man.
He has been charged with two counts of criminal harassment, indecent exposure to a person under the age of 16 and committing indecent act.
