Somebody who purchased a Lotto Max ticket with Encore in Orangeville for Friday night’s draw is a new millionaire.

According to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission, one Encore ticket worth $1 million was sold in Orangeville. Two other tickets worth $100,000 each were sold in Belleville and Toronto.

There was no winner for the $43-million Lotto Max jackpot.

The grand prize for next Friday's draw on Dec. 4 will be $50-million, and there will be four MaxMillions prizes of $1-million each up for grabs.

The Lotto Max jackpot was last won Nov. 6, when the $60-million grand prize was split by two ticketholders -- one in Edmonton and another In Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Each ticket was worth $30-million.
