A Barrie woman is $100,000 richer after winning big in the Wheel of Fortune lotto draw.
Isabel Skinner, 63, bought the ticket at the Zehr’s on Bayfield Street for the December 9, 2014 draw.
“I scanned my ticket and saw the words, ‘Big Winner’. So I left the store and screamed loudly!” said Skinner at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.
Skinner plans to put the winnings into a bank account and invest.
