Barrie has a new millionaire after a local man won big on Encore.
Glenn Wright collected his $1 million cheque from Ontario Lottery Gaming on Monday.
Wright had all the matching Encore numbers during the April 13 Lotto 649 draw.
Wright purchased his winning ticket at the Zehrs location on Yonge Street.
