A 19-year-old man has been charged, following a child pornography investigation by police in Barrie.
The Barrie Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant at an east end Barrie residence where police were authorized to view computers and computer data within the residence to help further a child pornography investigation.
A Barrie man who was home at the time of the search was arrested and charged with accessing child pornography.
Investigators say they plan to conduct a further examination of the computers seized in the hopes of gaining further insight into the accused’s online activities.
