Police were called Sunday afternoon to Barrie City Hall for a man smashing windows.
By the time police got there, the man had fled the scene.
It is estimated it will cost $10,000 to fix the 4 large double-paned windows that were smashed.
Crews have been busy throughout the afternoon cleaning up the glass and replacing the broken windows.
