The Barrie Baycats hoisted the Dominico Trophy on Friday night as they won the IBL Championship, their first title since 2005.

The Baycats took game four by a score of 5-3 over the London Majors, completing the sweep in London.

Barrie was led by Ryan Spataro who hit his second home run of the playoffs in the top of the sixth inning, a two run shot that put Barrie up 4-1.
